Be at your wedding.
I’ll photograph it.
Wedding photography for people who care about the day as much as the photographs.
You’ve put a lot of thought into bringing your favourite people together. The photography shouldn’t pull you away from them.
I’ll guide you when it helps, step back when it doesn’t, and quietly photograph the people, atmosphere and little pieces of the day you won’t necessarily see while you’re living it.
You don’t need to be good at having your photo taken.
Most couples I work with don’t want to spend their wedding posing — and they don’t need to.
They want to see their people. They want to have the drinks, finish the conversation, laugh properly, eat the food they paid for and actually remember what the day felt like.
That’s how I like to work too.
I’ll give you direction when it helps — especially with portraits, light and those moments where you’re wondering what on earth to do with your hands — but I’m not going to choreograph every second or keep pulling you away from the people you came to celebrate with.
Some of the best photographs happen once everyone relaxes into the day. When you’re talking, laughing, hugging, eating, hosting, wandering between tables, catching someone’s eye across the room or just having a minute together.
You don’t need to perform for me. You just need to be there with your people. I’ll be paying attention to the rest.
I want you to feel like you’ve got someone capable, calm and genuinely on your side — who also happens to be very good with a camera.
WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Direction when it helps
You don’t need to know where to stand, what to do with your hands or how to suddenly become “good at photos”.
I’ll step in when you need me — whether that’s helping with portraits, finding the good light, gathering family without making it feel like roll call, or quietly keeping things moving when timing gets a little wobbly.
And when you don’t need me, I’ll get out of the way.
I’m good at reading people, and that means knowing who needs a little direction, who needs a laugh, who needs a minute, and who is much happier being left to enjoy the day without feeling watched.
The aim is simple: you feel comfortable, looked after and like yourselves. The photographs follow from that.
Space to be yourselves
I want you to have space to actually be in your wedding, not feel like you’re performing for the camera all day.
The best photographs usually happen when you’re talking, laughing, hosting, catching up with people and simply being with the people you love. I’ll step in when a little direction helps, then give you room to get back to the day.
You don’t need to perform. You just need to be there.
Someone paying attention
You’ll have plenty going on. You’ll be talking to people, getting married, trying to remember to eat something, laughing, hugging, being pulled in twenty directions.
You can’t possibly see everything. That’s where I come in.
I’m always watching for the small things happening around you — the look on your mum’s face, your friends cracking up together, someone quietly helping in the background, the people who haven’t seen each other in years falling straight back into conversation.
Anyone can photograph the ceremony happening in front of them. I’m interested in what’s happening around it too.
Because when you look back at your wedding, I want you to see not just what happened, but who was there, how they were with each other, and what the day actually felt like.
You get to host. You get to be present. I’ll take care of seeing what matters.
The Wedding Collections
Choose the coverage that fits the day
You don’t need to know exactly how many hours you need before we talk.
Once I understand how your wedding is taking shape, I can help you work out where photography adds value — and where it doesn’t.
THE INTIMATE
3 hours — $2,500
For smaller weddings where the ceremony and the people gathered around you are really the heart of the day.
Three hours works beautifully when you want the important parts documented properly, but you don’t need photography woven through every part of the celebration. It gives us enough time for the ceremony, the hugs and congratulations afterwards, family photographs, relaxed portraits together and the beginning of the celebration — without making the day feel like it has been built around a camera.
We’ll use the time where it matters most to you. That might mean arriving a little before the ceremony to settle in and photograph everyone coming together, or staying longer afterwards so there’s room for drinks, conversation and all the lovely little interactions that happen once everyone relaxes.
You’ll still get the people, the atmosphere and the moments you didn’t see for yourself — just in a shorter, more concentrated part of the day.
Included
Up to 3 hours continuous coverage
Enough time to cover the heart of the day without stretching the photography further than you need.
All the strong, carefully edited images from your wedding
The photographs that tell the story properly — the obvious moments, the quiet ones and the people who made the day what it was.
A private online gallery
Easy to enjoy, download and share with family and friends whenever you like.
Professional prints and albums available directly through your gallery
So when you’re ready to get your favourites off the screen and into your home, professional printing is right there at your fingertips — no awkward sales appointment and no pressure. Your gallery is yours to enjoy, and if you choose, to turn into prints or an album afterwards.
THE CELEBRATION
5 hours — $3,950
For couples who want the heart of the day covered beautifully, without feeling like the photography has taken over the wedding.
Five hours is often the sweet spot for smaller and more relaxed weddings. It gives us enough time to photograph the ceremony, your people, portraits and the atmosphere around the day, while still leaving plenty of room for you to actually be in it. We’ll work out together where those five hours are best spent for you.
Maybe you want more time with family and guests. Maybe the portraits matter, but you don’t want to disappear for an hour. Maybe you want a little bit of getting ready, the ceremony, drinks afterwards and enough time for everyone to properly settle into the celebration.
There’s no standard formula. I’ll help you shape the photography around the parts of the day that matter most, keep things moving when needed and make sure you’re not constantly being pulled away from the people you invited there in the first place.
Five hours gives us plenty of room to cover the parts of the day that matter most to you — the ceremony, your people, portraits, the atmosphere around it all and some of the celebration afterwards. How we use that time depends on your wedding. For one couple, it might mean starting while you’re getting ready and staying through to dinner. For another, it might make more sense to begin just before the ceremony and stay through speeches and the first part of the dance floor.
The point is that we’re not forcing your day into a standard photography schedule. We’ll work out where those five hours are going to give you the most value, based on what you actually care about.
You don’t need to spend hours posing for photographs to end up with a beautiful record of the day.
You just need enough time for the story to breathe.
What’s included:
Up to 5 hours continuous coverage
Enough time to cover the important parts properly without stretching the photography across the entire day. We’ll use the time where it has the most value for you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Help with timing, planning and tailoring the photography to your day
Beforehand, we’ll talk through what matters most to you and where you’d like your time spent. More time with guests? More time with family? A little longer together after the ceremony? Very little interest in portraits at all? We’ll build the photography around the wedding you’re actually planning.
All the strong, carefully edited images from your wedding
No arbitrary image count and no choosing which memories you’re allowed to keep. I go through everything from the day, remove the blinks, duplicates and photographs nobody needs, and carefully edit the images that genuinely tell the story.
A private online gallery to share with family and friends
Everything lives together in one easy-to-use gallery you can enjoy on your phone, tablet or computer and share with the people you love.
High-resolution and web-size files included
High-resolution files are ready for printing and albums, while smaller web-ready versions make sharing online quick and easy. No resizing, guessing or wondering which version you should use.
Professional prints and albums, without the awkward sales appointment
Professional printing is available directly through your gallery, so you can order beautiful prints and albums whenever you’re ready, from the comfort of home. No compulsory sales session, no pressure and no hard sell.
A suggested album image selection
I’ll also give you a starting selection of photographs that work beautifully together, so your favourites have a much better chance of making it off the screen and into your home — whether that’s on the wall, in frames or in an album you’ll keep pulling out for years.
THE FULL STORY
8 hours — $5,250
THE FULL STORY — 8 HOURS
For weddings where there’s a bit more going on and you want the whole day covered without feeling like you’ve accidentally signed up for an eight-hour photo shoot.
Eight hours gives us room for the lead-up, the ceremony, the people, the little bits in between, dinner, speeches and the point where everyone has relaxed enough to stop noticing the camera.
That’s usually when the really good stuff starts happening.
My job is not to run your wedding. It’s to make the photography fit around it.
I’ll help you work out a timeline that gives us what we need without dragging you away from your guests for half the day. I’ll tell you when the light is worth stealing you for ten minutes, get the family photos done without turning them into an endurance event, give you direction when you need it and leave you completely alone when you don’t.
And if something runs late, someone disappears, the weather changes or Uncle Whoever has gone to the bar just when we need him for a photo — we’ll deal with it.
Weddings are full of people, personalities and moving parts. I’m good with all of them.
I’ve spent more than ten years photographing people and I can usually work out pretty quickly who needs a little encouragement, who needs to be left alone, who’ll give me twenty seconds before they’ve had enough and who secretly loves the camera despite claiming otherwise.
You don’t need to be photogenic.
You don’t need to know where to put your hands.
You definitely don’t need to practise looking natural.
You just need to turn up and get married.
I’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll still get the portraits you’ll want on the wall. But you’ll also get your people being themselves — laughing at the table, fixing your dress, talking rubbish at the bar, crying during the speeches, squeezing your hand, carrying your shoes, checking that you’ve eaten.
The things you saw, and plenty of things you didn’t.
Because years from now, I don’t think you’ll only want to remember what your wedding looked like.
You’ll want to remember what it felt like to have everyone you love in one place.
Eight hours gives us enough room to photograph the day as it actually unfolds — from the nervous energy beforehand, through the ceremony and portraits, to your family and friends settling in, dinner being served, speeches kicking off and the dance floor starting to loosen up.
It also means I’m there for the bits that don’t appear on the run sheet: the people catching up in corners, your mum fixing something at the last minute, your friends laughing at the bar, someone tearing up during a speech, the hug you didn’t see happening behind you.
Those are often the photographs that end up mattering most.
What’s included:
Up to 8 hours continuous coverage
Enough time to tell the story properly without cramming everything into a tight window. We can give more room to the parts that matter most to you — more time with your guests, more time with your wedding party, a little more time together, or simply enough breathing room that the day doesn’t feel like it’s being run to a photography timetable.
Help with timing, planning and tailoring the photography to your day
There isn’t one perfect wedding timeline, because not everyone wants the same wedding. Before the day, we’ll work out what matters most to you and shape the photography around that. Maybe you want ten minutes of portraits and maximum time with your guests. Maybe photographs with your family are especially important. Maybe you want to sneak away together for half an hour because you know it’ll be the only quiet time you get all day. I’ll help you work out what will actually suit you, rather than handing you a standard photography schedule and expecting your wedding to fit around it.
All the strong, carefully edited images from your wedding
No arbitrary number and no making you choose which moments you’d like to keep. I go through the whole day, remove the blinks, duplicates and photographs nobody needs, and carefully edit the images that genuinely contribute to the story. You receive the good stuff — the big moments, the little ones and plenty you probably didn’t even realise were happening.
A private online gallery to share with family and friends
Your photographs live together in one beautiful, easy-to-use gallery that you can enjoy on your phone, tablet or computer and share with the people you love. No passing USB sticks around or trying to send hundreds of files by email. You decide who gets the link, and everyone can revisit the day whenever they like.
High-resolution and web-size files included
You’ll receive high-resolution files for printing, albums and anything you want to keep beautifully for the long term, as well as smaller web-ready versions that are easy to download, send and share online. No resizing them yourself and no wondering which file you’re supposed to use for what.
Professional prints and albums, without the awkward sales appointment
Professional printing is available directly through your gallery, so if you decide you’d like photographs on the wall or an album on the coffee table, you can order beautifully made pieces whenever you’re ready, from home. No compulsory in-person sales session, no pressure and no hard sell — just professional printing at your fingertips.
A suggested album image selection
Because opening a gallery full of photographs and trying to decide what to print can be surprisingly overwhelming. I’ll give you a starting selection of images that work beautifully together, so your favourites have a much better chance of making it off the screen and into your home — whether that’s in frames, on the wall or in a wedding album you’ll actually pull out and look through.
Your photographs don’t have to end at the gallery.
Your full gallery will be delivered digitally, beautifully edited and ready to download and share.
But the photographs that tend to become most meaningful are often the ones that live somewhere beyond a screen.
A framed photograph you see every day. A handful of prints on the shelf. An album that tells the whole story without scrolling through hundreds of files.
You don’t need to decide any of that before the wedding.
When your gallery is ready, I’ll provide a suggested album edit from your gallery, so you’re not faced with choosing from hundreds of photographs yourself. I’ll help you work out what’s worth keeping in a more permanent way — and I’ll make the process easy.
The whole story matters.
It’s not just the ceremony or the portraits.
It’s the nerves beforehand. Your people arriving. The way the room looked before everyone sat down. Someone laughing three seats away. A hand on a shoulder. The speech you nearly missed. The dance floor getting increasingly unhinged.
Those smaller pieces are often the ones that bring the day back.
Your gallery should feel like your wedding — not somebody else’s.
A little about me
I’m Georgie.
I’ve been photographing weddings for more than a decade, but I’ve worked with people for pretty much my whole working life — and that matters more than you might think.
I’m a country girl through and through (with a touch of big city style!!!), a self-taught photographer and business owner, winery co-owner, enthusiastic wine drinker, animal lover and someone who has spent a lot of years around events, hospitality and people having very big days.
So, conveniently, I’m a bit of a triple threat: I know events, I’m good with people and I know my way around a camera.
Turns out that’s quite a useful combination at a wedding.
Because wedding photography isn’t only about taking beautiful photographs. It’s also about reading the room, settling nerves, making camera-shy people feel comfortable, keeping an eye on timing, noticing when something needs attention and knowing when to quietly sort it out without adding another thing to your list.
Wedding mornings in particular can be wonderfully chaotic. Everyone is excited, someone is looking for an earring, something hasn’t arrived, somebody has forgotten where they put the flowers and suddenly six people are talking at once.
I’m good in that space.
I stay calm, I pay attention and I tend to notice things before they become problems. Sometimes that means adjusting the plan. Sometimes it means finding the missing person, moving something into better light, helping everyone get where they need to be or quietly fixing a little problem nobody else needs to know about.
Most of that will never appear in your photographs.
You may not even realise I’ve done it.
But it’s part of being properly looked after.
I’ve built my businesses myself, which has taught me a fair bit about resourcefulness, problem-solving, resilience and getting on with things when Plan A has wandered off somewhere. Weddings are much the same. They are live events involving weather, families, personalities, timelines, food, transport and occasionally complete chaos dressed in very nice clothes.
Very little rattles me.
And because I genuinely like people, I’m comfortable with all sorts of them — the extroverts, the quiet ones, the nervous ones, the person who insists they hate having their photo taken, the relative that has arrived with their camera, the uncle who has disappeared to the bar and the flower girl who has absolutely no intention of following the schedule.
You won’t need to worry about what to do, where to stand or whether everyone is behaving themselves. I’ll give you direction when it helps, keep things moving when they need moving and leave you alone when the best thing you can possibly do is forget about the photography and enjoy your wedding.
I like weddings with personality. Good people. Good food. Good wine. A lot of laughter. And enough breathing room for everyone to actually have a bloody good time.
Because the best photographs usually happen when people feel comfortable enough to stop thinking about the camera altogether.
You get to be with your people. I’ll keep an eye on the rest.

A few things couples usually want to know
-
Not at all.
Most people I photograph are not used to being photographed, and I don’t expect you to arrive knowing what to do.
I’ll give you enough direction to make things feel easy, then let you settle back into yourselves.
You do not need to perform for me.
-
Just enough.
I’ll step in when portraits, light or timing need a little shaping, but I won’t spend the day choreographing you.
The aim is for the photographs to feel polished without the wedding feeling staged.
-
You don’t have to know that before we speak.
Once I understand the structure of the day, what matters most to you and where things are happening, I can help you work out which collection actually fits.
Sometimes less is enough. Sometimes staying longer makes a big difference.
The coverage should fit the wedding — not the other way around.
-
Yes.
What matters more to me than guest numbers is how the day feels.
If you care about your people, the atmosphere, the food, the place and actually being present at your own wedding, we’ll probably work well together.
That could be 30 people or 110.
-
Absolutely.
I’m based in regional Victoria and photograph weddings across Australia.
Travel is quoted individually depending on location and timing. For destination weddings, I arrive with enough time to make sure there is no unnecessary rushing or risk.
-
Yes.
I’m very comfortable working alongside videographers, planners, celebrants, florists and venue teams.
I value good communication and calm collaboration. The best days are the ones where everyone works together without making the couple manage the room.
-
That is normal.
Weddings move.
Speeches run late. Hair and makeup runs over. Weather changes things.
I’m used to adapting on the day and making sensible decisions without creating more stress for you.
-
You’ll receive a small selection of sneak peeks soon after the wedding, with your full gallery delivered within around 4 - 6 weeks.
I photograph a limited number of weddings each year so I can keep turnaround quick and give each gallery proper attention.
-
You don’t need to decide any of that before the wedding.
Once your gallery is delivered, I’ll provide a suggested album selection so you’re not staring at hundreds of images wondering where to start.
If you want to go further, I can help turn that selection into an album or guide you through professional print options.
The aim is to make the process simple, not give you another job to do.
-
If everything feels right after we talk, I’ll send through the booking agreement and invoice.
